Homemade Pizza

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out 1 lb of pizza dough onto a pizza pan.
  2. 2Place into the oven for 8-10 minutes. This is a parbake. Don't skip it — it's the difference between a good crust and a sad one.
  3. 3Pull it out and add your sauce, toppings, and finish with Mozzarella di Bufala. Somewhere out there, a buffalo is responsible for this pizza being incredible. Honor that.
  4. 4Put it back in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and has the crunch you're looking for. You'll know when it's ready.
