INGREDIENTS
- —2/3 cup water (80-90°F — warm, not volcanic)
- —1 tsp honey
- —3/4 tsp kosher salt
- —1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- —2 cups 00 bread flour
- —1.25 tsp yeast
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed. Yes, the order matters. The yeast goes last so it doesn't touch the water. Trust the process.
- 2Select the Dough/Pizza Dough cycle and press Start. Walk away. You have a machine for this.
- 3When the cycle finishes, deflate the dough and use it. That's it. You're done. Go make pizza.
